应用ADAMS设计车辆操纵稳定性试验

摘要:
介绍了应用ADAMS/Car软件建立的车辆模型,对其内部控制机理进行了分析。设计了测试车辆操纵稳定性的蛇行线试验,并对该试验过程进行仿真和数据处理。仿真结果表明,利用ADAMS软件技术,可在产品开发阶段对车辆性能进行分析测试,达到优化产品设计方案的目的。

Abstract:
The vehicle model using ADAMS/Car created is first introduced, which includes suspension, steering subsystem, tires, chassis, etc. The close loop control mechanism of ADAMS/Car is analyzed. Because the pylon course slalom experiment is one of the important close loop handling stability experiment, the pylon course slalom experiment is designed using the control files. Based on the result of analysis, the curves of parameters are plotted. Using ADAMS software can significantly reduce product development cycles.
