施水沟播机的试验研究与结构设计

摘要:
施水沟播机可在起垄施肥播种的同时进行施水作业,从而解决了干燥和半干旱地区的播种保苗问题。为研究此类机具的作业方式、施水位置及施水系统,设计研制了2BFG(4)-8型小麦施水沟播机,对施水沟播作业中的施水位置、施水深度进行了分析,设计了影响施水均匀性的工作部件。田间试验和室内测试结果证明,该机具是抗旱保苗的理想机具。

Test Research and Structure Design on the Water-application-furrow Seeder
Abstract:
Water application furrow seeder for arid and semi arid region can carry on the watering operation as sowing and fertilizing with the objective of seedling prevention. In order to study the relationship between the water application position and water application systems with soil environment, 2BFG(4)8 water application furrow seeder is designed. Water application position, watering depth and working parts that influenced watering evenness are discussed. The results of field tests and indoor experiments showed that this machine is fit for seedling prevention and water saving.
