针对基于1SZ-460型振动深松机的田间试验,通过对振动发生机构及执行机构的运动过程分析,设计了简支偏心轴式振动发生机构,对执行部件和机架结构进行了优化;通过分析不同形状深松铲松土效果和土壤耕作阻力,重新设计了深松铲柄;同时,增加了施肥系统,以此减少机器进地次数及对土壤的压实,提高作物产量。田间试验表明,改进后的机器工作性能良好,适于玉米等作物的苗前及苗期深松施肥作业。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the field experiment of the 1SZ-460 Vibration Subsoiler, some mechanisms were redesigned. Firstly, simply-supported eccentric shaft type vibration generator mechanism was designed. Secondly, the vibration actuator component and the frame of machinery were optimized. Again, we analyzed working effect and soil resistance of different shanks to choose the best. Finally, we added fertilizing system and adjustment institution for different depth. The consequence of the field experiment showed that the structure of SZ—460 Vibration Subsoiler were useful and rational. |
