为探究热应激对内蒙古草原不同品种放牧肉牛免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响,利用酶联免疫法对处于热应激状态下的不同品种放牧肉牛进行了血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标的测定。结果表明:在热应激状态,蒙古牛的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量显著高于西门塔尔牛和安格斯牛(P<0.05),而西门塔尔牛和安格斯牛之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);蒙古牛的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于西门塔尔牛和安格斯牛(P<0.05);安格斯牛和西门塔尔牛的免疫球蛋白A (IgA)和免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量有高于蒙古牛的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),以上试验牛之间免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,在热应激状态下,蒙古牛的免疫功能和抗氧化功能较强,耐热应激能力强于西门塔尔牛和安格斯牛。 |

Comparative study on the immune and antioxidant functions of different beef cattle varieties under heat stress |

The aim of this study was to explore the effects of heat stress on the immune and antioxidant functions of different breeds of grazing beef cattle in Inner Mongolia grassland.Serum immune and antioxidant indexes of different breeds of grazing beef cattle under heat stress were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed that the contents of interleukin-2 (IL-2),interleukin-4 (IL-4),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in Mongolian cattle were significantly higher than those in Simmental cattle and Angus cattle (P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between Simmental cattle and Angus cattle (P>0.05).The malondialdehyde (MDA) content of Mongolian cattle was significantly lower than that of Simmental cattle and Angus cattle (P<0.05),while the immunoglobulin A (IgA) and IgM (IgM) contents of Angus cattle and Simmental cattle were higher than those of Mongolian cattle,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).And the IgG content had no significant difference (P>0.05).In conclusion,under heat stress,the Mongolian cattle had stronger immune function and antioxidant function,and its heat stress resistance was stronger than Simmental and Angus cattle. |
