基于农村电商的生鲜农产品合作配送成本分配问题研究

摘要:
针对生鲜农产品合作配送的旅行商问题,采用核心法、Shapley值法、GQP法、简化的MCRS法和按比例分配成本方法,对合作者成本分配进行研究。结果表明:1)形成大联盟时各个客户所分摊的成本比单独配送成本节约了11.7%~80.9%,即合作更有利;2)低需求的客户更应与其他客户形成联盟,而客户的需求量较高时,其与其他客户形成联盟的条件较严格;3)采用核心法的分配方案优超于其他方法;4)在缺少软件设备等情况下,可优先选择按第三方物流成本比例分配方法进行成本分配,其次选择按客户的需求量比例分配的方法。该研究为农村合作组织的合作配送提供了成本分配依据。

Research on the cost allocation problem of cooperative distribution for fresh agricultural products

Abstract:
Aiming at traveling salesman problem in the cooperative distribution of fresh agricultural products,cost allocation problem is studied by core method,Shapley,GQP,MCRS and the proportional cost allocation methods.The results show that 1) Compared with the separate distribution cost,the cooperation is more favorable because the shared cost of each customer obtained by core method is saved by at least 11.7% and up to 80.9%;2) It is found that the customers with low demands should join an alliance.However,when the demand of the customer is high,the condition that forming alliances with other customers is stricter;3) The cost allocation solution obtained by the core method is superior than the one obtained by the other methods;4) If there are lack of software tools,the proportional cost allocation method based on the third party logistics cost will be chosen firstly.Then the cost allocation method based on the demands of the customers will be chosen.The study can provide theoretical reference of the cost allocation for the joint distribution of the farmer cooperative organization.
