烟盲蝽田间种群动态及不同龄期与病毒病传播的关系

摘要:
本实验研究田间烟盲蝽的种群数量动态。表明:田间烟盲蝽数量存在年度间差异,单株虫口密度与烟草丛枝症病发生率呈正相关。不同龄期烟盲蝽传毒测定结果表明,在1~12h内,烟盲蝽取食时间增加其传毒率增强。在相同时间内若虫的传毒率高于成虫,4龄若虫传毒能力最强,获毒6h就可使80%的烟株发病;3龄若虫传毒能力强于2龄和5龄,1龄若虫传毒能力最弱。烟盲蝽为非持久性传毒,其带毒时间为5~8d,3龄若虫带毒持续时间最长。以上结果说明,虽然烟盲蝽在田间发生的数量比较低,但它的传毒能力强,因此对于烟盲蝽的防治应引起重视。

Population dynamics of Cyrtopeltis tenuis (Reuter) and virus transmission by its different instars
Abstract:
Tobacco witches' broom symptom disease (TWBSD) is caused by tobacco bushy dwarf virus (TBDV). Insects are the main approach of the disease spread. As a main insect vector of TWBSD, the population dynamics of tobacco leaf bug (TLB) Cyrtopeltis tenuis (Reuter) and the transmission of TBDV by its different instars were studied. The results showed that the population dynamics of TLB changed from year to year. The density of TLB was positively related to incidence of TWBSD. Different instars had different capacities to transfer the virus. During early 12h, the transmission capacity increased with feeding time. The average rate of virus transmission by nymph was higher than that by adultThe 1st stage of TLB had alowest capacity of virus transmission. However, the 4th stage of instars had a highest capacity of virus transmission, inducing 80% TWBSD occurrence. The virus could keep alive in TLB for about 5-8days, longest in the 3rd stage of instars.
