拖拉机作业机组电液悬挂控制系统的研制

摘要:
在FIAT—780型拖拉机上采用了电液悬挂控制系统代替传统的机械式液压悬挂系统,并以电液比例方向阀作为主控制阀,建立了电液悬挂控制系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB工具分析了该系统的稳定性和静动态品质。采用MCS96系列16位单片机系统实现了对电液悬挂控制系统的数字化控制,并在FIAT—780型拖拉机室内仿真试验台上进行了试验,结果表明所研制的电液悬挂控制系统能够满足农机具位调节和力调节的控制要求。

Study of Hydraulic Hitch System Controlling Technology for Tractor Working Units
Abstract:
A controlling scheme of the hydraulic system was developed. This new system can be used to replace the traditional system. The new electrohydraulic system includes an proportion valve as the main control value. The mathematic model of the new electrohydraulic system was developed. The stability and the dynamic performance of the system were analyzed through MATLAB software. The digial control of the system was realized by a 16 bit single chip processor system of MCS96. The characteristics of this control system have been verified by tests conducted on the FIAT 780 tractor test bed.
