机械系统虚拟样机软件原型的实用化研究

摘要:
概述了机械系统虚拟样机仿真软件的作用与现状,采用软件工程学中的原型开发思想,分析了从软件原型到实用化、商品化以及产业化的开发过程,提出了机械系统虚拟样机软件实用化的基本内容和要求,应用多刚体系统动力学理论和面向对象的分析与设计方法,从数学建模、拓扑结构、约束类型、运动学动力学分析、数据交换以及人-机接口等方面进行了讨论。

Study on A Mechanical System Virtual Prototyping Software for Practicability
Abstract:
The effectiveness and actualities of mechanical system virtual prototyping software were summarized. The process from prototype to utility, commercialization and industrialization was analyzed in software engineering. The basic concept of practical improvement for a mechanical system virtual prototyping software was presented. The key points of the mathematical model, topology structure, constraint type, kinematic and dynamic simulation and data exchange were discussed by the theory of multibody system dynamics and the technique of object oriented.
