采用不完全拉丁方设计给5头装有瘤胃和真胃瘘管的绵羊饲喂7种不同日粮,其日粮中加入三氧化二铬(Cr_2O_3)和聚乙二醇(PEG)作真胃食糜标记物,当用核糖核酸(RNA)作瘤胃微生物蛋白质合成标记物时,测定每千克瘤胃表观可发酵有机物(FOM)和瘤胃表观可发酵碳水化合物(FCHO)合成瘤胃微生物蛋白氮(M-N)的效率分别是26.96gM-N/kgFOM 和27.36gM-N/kgFCHO;用2,6-二氨基庚二酸(DAPA)作标记物时,测定值相应微生物蛋白氮的效率为26.90和26.97。用 RNA 作标记物测定瘤胃微生物蛋白质合成时,日粮降解蛋白质氮转化为微生物氮的利用效率为0.81。 |
