VAM菌对棉花生长和产量的影响

摘要:
通过2年的5个试验表明,VAM 菌 Glomus hoi,G.mosseae,G.versiforme 和Sclerocystis sinuosa 能显著提高陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum)和海岛棉(G.barbadense)叶片N,P,Zn,Cu 元素的含量、叶片相对含水量、株高、叶面积和干重等;并能提早开花和棉铃成熟;增加单株蕾、花、铃数、籽棉产量和分梳绒长,而对衣分无显著影响。以 G.versi forme 接种处理的效应最大;而以 S.sinuosa 接种处理的最小。还讨论了 VAM 菌的发育与其效应的关系。

The effect of VAM fungi Glomus hoi,G.mosseae,G.versi forme and Sclerocystis sinuosa on the growth and yield of cotton(Gossypium hirsutum var.86-1,Zhong 12,Litai 8 and G.barbadense var.
