甜椒果实贮藏技术的研究

摘要:
采用通风保湿和分子筛气调贮藏的办法能使秋季采收的甜椒果实贮藏期达二个月以上,好果率达80%,纸箱包装果实失水严重,塑料帐密闭法贮藏果实的腐烂率高。气调贮藏有益于果实外观品质的保持,但并不能减少果实的发病率,所以,甜椒果实长期贮藏的关键因子是控制病害。防腐处理结合贮藏方法,是解决甜椒果实长期贮藏的有效方法。

Abstract:
Keeping moisture with ventilation and CA storage with molecular sieve generator were two optimum methods for sweet peppers storge. Package in corrugated board gave a high rate of weight loss.Sealed in plastic film had a high rate of decay.In CA storage,the apperence of fruits was fine,but CA storage could not decrease the rate of decay. The limiting factor of sweet pepper fruits is soft decay caused by ba- cteria rather than storage methods.
