| 镰刀菌酸(5-丁基吡啶-2-羧酸)是由镰刀菌所产生的一种弱酸性次生代谢产物,对植物有致萎蔫作用,近年来发现它对动物具有降低血压的作用.本实验的目的是证明镰刀菌酸对大白鼠血压的影响。实验结果表明:1.镰刀菌酸确有降低大白鼠血压的作用。2.使大白鼠血压显著下降的镰刀菌酸浓度为15mg/kg 体重。3.注射后2小时己明显下降,至5-8小时继续下降或维持,23小时后大白鼠的血压都恢复至注射前的水平。 |
