| 整形素(Morphactins)最一类新型植物生长调节剂。本试验的目的在探讨整形素 E(9-hyd roxy-fluorehe-(9)-carboxylicacid)对肉鸡生长发育、饲料转化及其安全性等作用。试验结果表明,整形素 E 混入饲料,在其浓度为10、30、90ppm,连续混饲3周,或以每公斤体重皮下注射30毫克,每周一次,连续4周,对肉鸡增重,饲料转化率(p>0.05)和临床症状,病理检验,肉质品味等均无不良影响。因而,初步认为饲料中投入或饲草中含有整形素 E90ppm 以下浓度时,对肉鸡作用是安全、可靠的;对肉鸡增重、提高饲料转化率的功能还不明显,是否与剂量、剂型有关还有待于进一步探索。 |

| This paper reports on the study of Morphactin E in broiler chickens. In the 1st experiment,the chickens in 24 day-old were separated into 4 groups of 10 each.The chickens were given morphactin E in mixed feed at 0(control)and 10,30, 90ppm(W/W)concetrations.Weights gained at the chickens given morphaetin E or control were continued for periods of 3weeks.In the 2nd experiment,the chickens were separated into 2 groups.In the experiment,the chickens were injecred by drugs hypoder- mically at 30mg/kg b.w.once a ... |
