菜粉蝶[Artogeia rapae(L)]对若干种植物及本种卵信息素的触角电位(EAG)及产卵忌避反应

摘要:
菜粉蝶(Artogeia rapae)成虫对番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)、苦楝(Melia azedarach)、黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)和甘野菊(Dendren-thema boreale)等植物的18种试样表现出不同的触角电位(EAG)反应,而且雌雄两性的触角对特定试样的反应也有差别。具有较强的产卵忌避或吸引能力的试样,能激起雌性触角较大的 EAG 反应;但是能激起最大 EAG 反应的试样并没有在产卵选择试验中表现出最大的忌避能力。可见,EAG 反应与莱粉蝶的寄主选择有关。但 EAG 反应的幅度与产卵忌避率之间不完全是正比关系。菜粉蝶的卵也有产卵忌避外激素。

Abstract:
Both sexes of the butterfly gave different EAG responses to the stimu- li of 18 different preparations from six plant species,namely tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum),chinaberry-tree(Melia azedarach),sweet wormwood(Artemisia annua),Dendranthema boreale,cabbage(Bra- ssica oleracea)and common physochlaina(physochlaina physaloides). There were some significant differences of the EAG responses te these stimuli between females and males.Obviously,this ability plays an im- portant role in host-plant discrimination...
