Abstract:
After 4 years of investigation,we decided on one system of analysis for corn amino acids,and the procedure is as follows: (1)D.B.C.method or ninhydrin method for single kernel identification. (2)Papain to hydrate the corn powder. (3)FeCI_3 method to estimate the content of tryptophan. (4)Use KLA-5 Amino Acid Analyzer to determine the contents of each kind of amino acids.
